The same concept goes with organization. The best interface is useless against heaps of unorganized content, data, and files. Following these two simple, yet important principles, we've developed intranet software which features a simple, fast, straight-forward interface and organizational system.

Instant Filtering & Searching

All content sections and components feature desktop-like, instantaneous filtering, searching, and paging, meaning that they can be performed without having to reload the entire page. This leads to a much faster, seamless user interface.

Interactive Popups

Also helping to create a fast, desktop-like interface are interactive popups. These popups appear above the content and allow you to quickly edit and submit content, send messages, adjust settings, view information instantly, and more, without the need to reload the page.

Automatic Content Tracking

Staying updated with new content can often be difficult. Not with our software. As seen below, the interface automatically keeps track of which content items you've seen and if items have been updated since you've last viewed them.

Overall Simplicity

Unlike most other collaboration and office software, our's focuses on overall simplicity in every aspect. Other offerings feature over-cluttered interfaces, loaded with an overwhelming amount of data, button, options, information, and so on, most of which are less than useful, and often just plain confusing. We don't want it to take you 20 minutes to enter contact information or schedule an event - and you shouldn't either.

Rich Text Editing

Easily submit rich, formated content through an optional, simple, feature-full, rich text editor which contains formatting components and buttons similar to your favorite word processor.

Tag-based Organization

All content items, tasks, events, resources, etc, can be tagged with descriptive keywords which help describe and categorize them. This enables for hassle-free and effective organization and searching. Want to see every event tagged as Sales Meeting? Well that's just one click away.

Bookmarking

Save time filtering and searching through content by adding items to and from your bookmarks - one-click access to all of the important files, tasks, and other items you're currently working on.

Automatic Notifications

The built-in subscription-based notification system allows users to be alerted via email or private message whenever new content is submitted, edited, or modified. This keeps users updated on all of the important events that take place within the software. With the click of a button, users can subscribe to a specific content item, all items of a certain content type, or the actions of another user. Subscribe to your high value clients so you can be alerted the minute they submit a task request (see: client integration).

Inputting and editing data is the main focus of most applications, and it should be made as easy, and as flexible as possible - and we have done just that.

User Attention

The user attention system allows you to bring content to the direct attention of other users so that they can become aware of it more quickly. It grants client accounts (see: client integration) the ability to view the content and employee accounts the ability to edit it. The attention interface makes it quick and easy to reference user accounts.

Video Support

Need to share information that simple text just can't explain? Record, upload, and attach videos to different content items such as tasks, events, and resources.
