How do I convert my Videos to Flash (.flv)

Currently, we only support the popular web video format, Flash (.flv). This is for a number of reasons, most importantly because Flash videos are much smaller in size than other video formats. The smaller size leads to much faster video uploads and playback. If your videos aren't in the Flash format, it's not a problem. There are many free applications available that you can use to quickly convert your videos to Flash. After converting them, you'll be able to easily upload them into your software.
