How do I create or make an existing user a Superuser?

First, log in as a superuser, for example, the first account that was created.

Create a new Superuser

Navigate to the Configuration menu and click on Add a New User. After filling out the necessary information, you will be presented with a Roles section, offering three choices: Client, Employee, and Superuser. Simply check Superuser. It is recommended you also check Employee as well.

Make an existing user a Superuser

Navigate to the user's profile by first accessing the User Browser found in the Site Menu on the right side. Filter the users and find the user that you want to give a Superuser status. Click on the user name then click on the Edit button towards the top. Scroll down until you see the option to check Superuser. Then press save.
