- Account and Service Registration
- Collected: Desired username, desired account password, email address, first name, last name, company, street address, city, state, postal code, country, phone number, credit card type, credit card number, credit card code, credit card expiration month, credit card expiration year.
- Use: The data provided by you during registration enables us to create an account for you which can be used to manage your Service. The personal and financial data collected is used to bill you for Service use. The data is kept secured in our database and never shared with any individuals or companies with the exception of Authorize.net, our electronic payment processor. Information is encrypted and transmitted to them for secured, PCI-complaint storage. Your credit card details, other than the last 4 digits of your credit card, are not stored on our servers.

- Collected: All of the data, content, messaging, and end-result of all Service usage.
- Use: The data and content that you and your users submit into the software is collected and stored in a private database for your use only. Without storing this data, the Service and software would be useless. This data will never be shared, viewed, or distributed in any way. Company technicians do, however, have the ability to view your data in the event of a support request you submit, software fix, update, patch, or maintenance operation.

Account and Data Deletion
Your account and Service data can be completely deleted upon request. You are free to cancel your Service and subscription at any time by visiting your account page while logged in to this web site. Upon canceling your Service, your data will be stored securely for 30 days, allowing you the option to re-register where you left off. If you have canceled your account and want this data deleted immediately, simply contact support with a request to do so. After canceling your Service, your personal and billing information will have been deleted from the system as well. If you would like your account deleted, you may also contact support. We will never deny any request for data deletion.

We implement and number of advanced security measures to keep your data as secured and private as we possibly can but no computer system is completely immune to data breaches and attacks. Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee that your data remains 100% private and secure and are not responsible for any breaches in security that result.

Change of Ownership
